The stations, tracks, and layout are all tailored to your modules and volume. When needed, the system can include 90-degree turns and transfer conveyors to connect multiple lines.
Beam pushers drive the beams forward automatically, and the modules standing on them advance together. Beam returners bring the beams back automatically, with no manual handling.
All modules move together in a straight linear motion. No risk of collisions or module damage.
Low-friction design keeps energy use down. If power is lost, modules can still be pushed forward manually.
The system logs every stop and shares the data with your MES, so you can see exactly where production loses time. Run at a fixed takt time or with continuous movement.
