Manual Assembly Line
Skate System
A manual, low-cost assembly line for moving house modules forward. Modules move along a floor-mounted rail system on trolleys, pushed manually for a simple and cost-effective operation.
- Low start-up cost. A rail-based system that gives you an assembly line without a large investment.
- Manual or electric operation. Modules are pushed forward by hand or with an electric pusher. The pusher is sourced separately.
- Simple and reliable. Floor-mounted rails guide trolleys through the production line with minimal maintenance.
- Easy module lifting. Floor beams make it possible to lift the entire module off the trolleys when needed, simplifying transfers and loading.
- Flexible layout. 90-degree turns can be applied to fit your factory floor.
