Semi Auto Assembly Line

Beam Feeder

A semi-automatic assembly line for moving house modules forward. The system uses beam pushers to move beams forward, pushing all modules simultaneously along the line. The beams are returned manually using a forklift, ensuring a simple, robust, and energy-efficient operation.

  • Configured to your production. The number of stations and tracks is tailored to your modules and volume.
  • Safe and collision-free. All modules move together in a straight linear motion. No risk of collisions or module damage, regardless of module size.
  • Built to keep running. Low friction design keeps energy use down. If power is lost, modules can still be pushed forward manually.
  • Find your bottlenecks. The system logs every stop and shares the data with your MES, so you can see exactly where production loses time. Run at a fixed takt time or with continuous movement.
  • Flexible layout. Multiple lines can be connected using transfer conveyors, and 90-degree turns can be applied to fit your factory floor.
